Raj Kundra’s partner gave THIS statement against him in a Porn video case.

Raj Kundra was arrested in the early days of July for being involved in producing and streaming pornographic material, with many models of the industry who claimed that he had tried to lure them into the industry with fake promises. Kundra also revealed his partner during the investigation namely Saurabh Kushwaha, a businessman. Kushwaha was then taken under investigation after this revelation where he gave more scoop about their business. he revealed how the two of them set up their app ‘Hot shot’ even with Kundra being completely aware of the fact that the material going to be published was pornographic in nature. The app was set up by Armsprime Ltd where Kundra and Kushwaha were both the directors. The shares were split unequally with Kushwaha holding only 35% of the stakes, while Kundra controlled the publishing and distribution of the video.

The app was then sold to a UK based firm Kenrin Ltd with Kundra stepping down from his directorial post one day prior to the sale. A forensic audit revealed how the proceeds brought in by the app were diverted using Google and Apple apps to Kenrin’s account in Lloyds Bank in the UK. The charge sheet read, ‘The revenues generated from the Hotshot app from August 2015 to December 2020 were transferred by Google and Apple Inc to the bank account of Kenrin maintained with Lloyds Bank in the UK instead of Armsprime Indian account. This indicated that the revenues that were earned and accrued on sale of the Hotshot app were diverted and laundered to Kenrin Ltd’s UK bank account during the directorship of Kundra in Armsprime Ltd‘.
