Yami Gautam is recently working on her new movie Bhoot Police. However, the movie has wrapped up the last shoot and will be now edited. This movie was a completely new project for Yami Gautam as she had never been in a horror movie before.
This is a horror-comedy movie and Gautam is playing the role of Maya who is possessed. She seemed to be quite excited for this character as she captioned one of her pictures from the shoot “My love for horror films was one of the main reasons that got me excited to play the part in #BhootPolice, where I get ‘possessed’. It wasn’t easy as it took 3 hours for me to get into this look and 45 mins to get out of it, each day, shooting bare feet & with cable work, throughout the chilly nights in Himachal…“
The actress injured herself during the shoot. She suffered a neck injury and still managed to get to work right after she recovered. It seems that she has given her heart and soul to this movie. The film also has others stars like Saif Ali Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Arjun Kapoor.
