Ajay Devgn had posted a video regarding his new movie “Maidan”. The movie is supposedly about the story of Indian football from the year 1952-62. This decade was quite an important one for Indian football.
On September 4, 1962, Indian football had won its first gold in the Asian Games. Hence, Ajay Devgn had released this video in remembrance of the epic moment so many years ago.
The shooting of the movie had started before, however, it had to be paused for a while due to the Covid situation. Yet, the shooting has resumed on August 20. Approximately, the shooting will be completed by October. People are ardently waiting for the big announcement and also the football fans are quite excited about the movie.
In fact, we cannot wait to see how the movie will portray the Indian football team and its struggles. Hopefully, the movie will stand up to the audience’s expectations.
