Navya Naveli Nanda is that the granddaughter of Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan. She is the daughter of Shweta Bachchan and Nikhil Nanda.
She was studying in new york’s Fordham University and this year was her graduation year. Like every student, Navya was eagerly expecting her graduation ceremony and was really excited for that but thanks to the pandemic caused by a novel coronavirus( COVID-19)
Her graduation ceremony is halt. But this didn’t deter her spirits. She came up with an ingenious yet amazing idea.
The star kid got herself a graduation gown stitched and had a touch graduation ceremony at her home.
We must say that’s an innovative idea Navya !!
Grandpa Amitabh Bachchan and uncle Abhishek Bachchan were soo happy that they posted this excellent news on their social media handles.
Amitabh Bachchan wrote, Granddaughter Navya.. the foremost important day within the lifetime of a young student – Graduation Day..! She graduated from College in NY, but ceremony and presence got cancelled due to Corona and lockdown.. she couldn’t go.. we too had all planned to be together with her on this important occasion. BUT.. she though wanted to wear that Graduation gown and Cap.. so staff stitched her an impromptu gown and cap.. and she or he wore it and celebrated reception in Jalsa. So pleased with you NAVYA .. god bless.. such a positive and happy attitude… LOVE YOU

Although thanks to the lockdown you weren’t ready to celebrate it at your university together with your classmates and therefore the home garden had to suffice…. looks like yesterday that we were moving you into your dormitory as a freshman… Wait, strike that.
