With the sudden demise of Bollywood actor, Sushant Singh Rajput, all of Bollywood and all of India was left shocked and sad. Sushant Singh Rajput(34) committed suicide on Sunday morning of June 14, 2020.
Almost everyone took to social media to express their grief and condolences for such a huge misfortune for the Entertainment Industry and for India. Veteran Bollywood actor, Anupam Kher also took to Twitter and Instagram to express his feelings regarding the same.
On Instagram, Anupam posted a video expressing how he felt after hearing the news. He said that he had played the role of Sushant’s father in the movie in MS Dhoni: An Untold Story and so they had a father-son relation offscreen too. He further says that sometimes it’s harder to understand why someone has left us and we push back accepting that they have left us.
He then continues to talk about the importance of mental health during present times and actually conversing with your loved ones. He described Sushant as an energetic and positive person who was very passionate about his career. He couldn’t stop his tears by the end of
the video.
Along with the video, he wrote, “Sushant Singh Rajput
Very difficult to describe #SushantSinghRajput’s death in words!! And yet this probably is one of my longest IGTV videos. It will take me a
long time to understand the magnitude of sadness it must have caused everybody in these times. But please spread love. Everybody needs it. 🙏 #OmShanti”
It is officially still unclear why Sushant Singh Rajput took his own life but the most obvious reason is that he was going through depression. He was last seen in the movie Chhichhore which gave a very strong message against suicide. It’s really hard for everyone to accept
that such a talented person is no longer among us.
