All the Bollywood celebrities wished their mothers a Happy Mother’s Day virtually through their social media. They shared beautiful photos, messages and glimpses of their quality time with their mothers. This Mother’s Day was different from previous ones as there was no dining out, house parties or anything but quality time at home due to lockdown.
Many celebrities shared special notes for their mothers; one of them was by Arjun Kapoor, son of Bonny Kapoor and Mona Kapoor.
The actor shared a heartfelt video on his Instagram handle as he misses his mothers on this very special day; he seemed very emotional while speaking as he craved for the warmth and love from his mother. He urged his fans to take care of their parents, love them, pick up their phones, say I love you and hug them when they need it. Arjun said that Mother’s Day was not too much but Mother’s Day during the lockdown was too much for him and everybody posting pictures with their mothers and sharing glimpses made him emotional.
With the video, he wrote, “Dealing with Mother’s Day Rambling my thoughts out loud. Don’t mind but thoda ajeeb emotional type Sunday that. Lockdown I can handle lekin Mother’s Day & lockdown together thoda zyada ho Gaya yaar… emotions ko system se bahar nikalte hue, Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing souls out there. Most importantly Happy Mother’s Day Mom, miss you always & forever.” To his heartfelt video, many celebrities sent love and virtual hugs to console Arjun.
On the work front, Arjun received a lot of praise for his performance in Panipat along with Kriti Sanon and Sanjay Dutt. His upcoming movie is with Parineeti Chopra titled, ‘Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar’ directed by Dibakar Banerjee.
