Father’s day may be a day of honouring fatherhood and paternal bonds, also because of the influence of fathers in society. In Catholic countries of Europe, it’s been celebrated on Saint Joseph as Saint Joseph’s Day since the centre Ages. In America, Father’s day was founded by Sonora Smart Dodd and celebrated on the third Sunday of June for the first time in 1910. It is persisted various days in many parts of the planet all throughout the year, often within the months of March, May and June.
In this era of social media influence, people post their happy moments with their fathers’ and wish their fathers’ “Happy Father’s Day”. Celebrities start this trend of uploading pictures and captions with their fathers’ and so is followed by the common people. Today almost every celebrity posted a picture and caption with their fathers’. Arjun Rampal posted a throwback picture on his Instagram handle in which he is with his father and grandfather.
