Arvind Kejriwal requests migrants to not panic says, ‘We have made sufficient arrangements for your food and accommodation’

Lockdown covid19: CM Kejriwal assures migrants to provide essential
services and food to every one as he was addressing a press conference Delhi’s Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal urged the people to remain calm in this situation.
He requested the migrants not to panic as the arrangements have been properly
made to provide food and essential services to everyone.

” There is no need to panic “ is what he said after PM Modi’s speech the day before.
The people of some areas were lining up near the shops and stores not following
social distancing. they felt like stocking up on necessary items of daily use.
this made chaos as other people were not able to get the necessary items.
I again appeal to people to not do panic buying. I assure everyone that there will be
no shortage of essential services “, said Delhi’s CM Arvind Kejriwal.
“We will be making sure to provide passes to those who are providing essential
services and food items to people”.

He further added that E- passes will be provided to those who need to open their
shops and factories for these services.
Delhi’s Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal addressed the people of Delhi on Saturday
March 28.

He said that he has asked the MLAs to request migrants and workers not t leave
Delhi in any circumstance.
He appealed the migrant workers not to leave the capital and requested them to stay
back even after he said that his government has made arrangements for buses to
transport them.

Deputy CM Manish Sisodia made also, a similar request and stated that the
government of Delhi has made arrangements for 100 buses. This was done for
people who were attempting to walk home from the city.
The Delhi transport department officer said after a large number of people started
walking to their home states, the buses were deployed.

The DTC and cluster Buses will be dropping them at points along the border with UP
where buses from that state will carry them ahead. 100 buses of Delhi and 200
buses from UP government have been deployed to transport people who are in the
look for a chance to.

“The government of UP and Delhi have made arrangements. Yet I will request to
remain where they are. We have made arrangements for stay and food.
Please stay at home. Do not go back to your villages else the objective of lockdown
will fail” said CM Arvind Kejriwal, in a Hindi tweet.

They will be provided with all the required amenities and food. arrangements are
being made to provide relief in the pandemic of COVID 19 so that people stay at
home and help in breaking the chain by following the social distancing protocol.
Arvind Kejriwal said “I will appeal that the initiative of lockdown in the country taken
by PM Modi is a necessary practice to contain the epidemic.
if people will not follow the rules and migrate from one place to another, they will be
risking their as well as others lives as well and COVID 19 cases will rise.
