Multiple Bollywood celebrities have confirmed being Covid positive in the past few days including Akshay Kumar, Alia Bhatt, Govinda and many more. On the morning of 5th April 2021, Actor Bhumi Pednekar also confirmed that she has tested positive for Covid 19. And is now isolating herself.
“Please don’t take this situation lightly, even though I followed utmost precaution and care, I’ve contracted it.” Wrote Bhumi Pednekar in an Instagram post. Many fans and friends have shown their concern by commenting on her post. Bhumi also shared her remedy which includes “steam, Vit-C, Food and a Happy mood.”
Right after Bhumi Pednekar, her Mr Lele co-star, Vicky Kaushal also tested positive. In a post, he wrote that he is “under home quarantine, taking medication as prescribed by the doctor.” India’s daily covid cases crossed 1 lakh for the first time ever. And Maharashtra is the worst affected state. Maharashtra has announced stricter rules for lockdown till the 30th of April. With stricter rules it is necessary to take precautions, wearing a mask and social distancing. All the protocols are to be taken with utmost seriousness.
