Veteran movie and theatre actor, Boman Irani, turned 60 today and it seems the whole of Bollywood was up early to wish him on this special day.
From Red Chilies Entertainment, Zee Studious, IIFA to Dharma Production all wished this marvellous actor on Twitter this morning. The Red Chilies Entertainment team, which is a joint venture of Gauri Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, sent out a tweet praising the perfect comic timing of Mr Irani.
The actor is known for his roles in Munna Bhai MBBS and as the legendary ‘virus’ in 3 idiots, got a break into stardom at the age of 43 playing Dr Asthana in Munna Bhai MBBS.
He later went on to work with the likes of Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Abhishek Bacchan, Priyanka Chopra, Kareena Kapoor Khan, and so on.
From waiting tables at the Taj Mahal Palace to the stardom, he has reached today he truly is an inspiration, to those from humble backgrounds who want to make it big in Bollywood.
