Mohak Jaiswal, son of a businessman was arrested along with seven others which including SRK’s elder son Aryan Khan on October 3 after NCB busted an alleged drugs party on the Cordelia Cruise ship which was on its way to Goa at mid-sea on October 2.
Jaiswal was granted bail on Saturday by a special judge of NDPS, VV Patil on a bail bond of Rs50,000.
A total of 20 people including two Nigerian nationals is arrested so far in this case.
The special judge on October 20 has detained the bail of Aryan Khan from whom no drugs were recovered along with two other Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha.
The trio finally got bail on October 29.
