The narcotics case involving Aryan Khan has created a lot of excitement in town, and everyone is waiting to see if Shah Rukh Khan’s son will be granted bail.

Aryan’s bail application was heard today in the Bombay High Court, and his lawyers, Amit Desai and Mukul Rohatgi clarified the star kid’s interaction with co-accused Achit. The lawyers claimed that the chat was about an online poker game during the hearing. “There is some conversation about some winnings that is now being shown as a transaction,” Desai explained. “Financing is a very defined use of a phrase. But here there is no financing, even if there are some chats, it is more than a year old. There was an old case of rummy. So, the Supreme Court has said it is a game of skill. Even horse racing is considered a game of skill, as one has to study the horses.“
“When there is no recovery or consumption, then what evidence will I [Aryan Khan] tamper with? Keeping in view the age, the boy should be granted bail”. Mukul Rohatgi also told the High Court. Given his age, the youngster should be released on bail.” In the meanwhile, the court will resume hearings on Aryan’s bail application tomorrow. That’s not everything. NCB is also expected to question Mumbai zonal director Sameer Wankhede about extortion charges levelled against him.
