CM Yogi Adityanath offers prayers at Gorakhnath Temple as temples and mosques reopen after months of lockdown

Today, on 8th June, opens all the religious places across the country in lockdown 5.0. So Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath offered prayers at the Gorakhnath Temple. He reached to Gorakhpur temple early morning as the temple opened after approx two months since nationwide lockdown rituals happened.

Yogi had gone to the Gorakhpur on Sunday to inspect the government hospitals of the city. Since the opening of religious places, people have been seen at a great pace, also at Eidgah Mosque and Yahiyaganj Gurdwara in Lucknow reported ANI.

The guidelines for being present at these places have been given in Uttar Pradesh. The Uttar Pradesh the government had said on Saturday that devotees cannot make any offering of ‘prasad’ nor will be able to touch statues, idols or holy books in places of worship as and when they visit them after their opening.

The distribution of PRA sad or holy water is not allowed on the premises. They will be bringing an heir own mats for sitting there and there should be social distancing norms followed throughout the premises.
