Me Time is an upcoming English movie written and directed by John Hamburg. The film is about a stay-at-home dad who finds himself with some time solely for himself for the first time in years while his wife and kids are away. He desperately needs a night off from the various responsibilities that he deals with every day in his life.
He reconnects with his former best friend who helps him have fun and it leads to a wild adventure that nearly upends his life. The movie shows what happens when a family man tries to have fun in his life by calling on the one person he knows has no limits when it comes to having a good time. Unfortunately for the usually straight-laced and responsible dad, things go out of their control and it really shakes up his whole life.
The producers are Kevin Hart, John Hamburg and Bryan Smiley under Particular Pictures and HartBeat Productions. The lead roles in the movie are played by Kevin Hart and Mark Wahlberg while Regina Hall, Jimmy O Yang and Luis Gerardo Mendes play supporting roles.
The music is composed by Jeff Cardoni while the cinematography is done by Kris Kachikis. The movie is edited by Melissa Bretherton and would be distributed on Netflix. Me time is set to be released on 26th August on Netflix.
