Farhan Akhtar to star in Amazon Prime’s NEW PROJECT, details HERE.

Toofan starring Farhan Akhtar and Mrunal Thakur is going to stream on an OTT platform, that is, Amazon Prime Video. Directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, Toofan will be the second sports drama with Farhan after Bhaag Milka Bhaag. The makers of the film have finally revealed the release date of the highly anticipated film.

Farhan shared a new poster of the movie and revealed that the teaser of the movie will be releasing on March 12. This announcement has not just got his fans over the moon but several fans have also been rooting for this Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s directorial. 

This is the second collaboration between Rakeysh and Farhan. The duo had earlier worked together on Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. Mehra said in a statement, “After working with Farhan in Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, I was certain he would be the perfect protagonist for Toofaan. The best thing about him is that he does not act the part, but lives it completely. Toofaan is a story that will motivate and inspire all of us to get out of our comfort zones and fight towards achieving our dreams. We cannot wait to present our film to viewers across the globe!

Farhan Akhtar, posing in a boxing ring, has reached the stage with his sculpted abs and toned legs in the poster. The actor appears to be enthralling and strong, leaving the audience eagerly waiting for the film. Ritesh Sidhwani, who has produced the movie for Excel, said with ‘Toofan’, the banner continues to tell stories that touch the heart and soul of the audience.
