Mumbai is under lockdown due to a large number of coronavirus cases and the public has been restricted from travelling. Actors, Disha Patani and Tiger Shroff were found roaming at Bandstand Promenade, and when the police questioned them, they could not give a satisfactory answer to the police, on why they were out after 2 PM. They have been charged with an FIR for violating the rules during the COVID crisis.
As per the rules, no person is allowed to be in a public place without a valid reason. The police took down their details and registered a case under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code for ‘disobeying to order duly promulgated by public servant’. No arrests were made as it is a bailable offence, police said.
The Twitter handle of Mumbai Police is known for its humorous content, and they announce this news, by taking a jibe on Tiger and Disha and giving a twist to their movie names. On the work front, Disha was last seen in Salman Khan starrer ‘Radhe’, while Tiger was seen in ‘Baaghi 3’.
