Director, producer and screenwriter Karan Johar is one of the wealthiest faces in Bollywood and the inheritance he earned from his parents has made him one of the wealthiest directors in the industry. The director has a monthly income of 15 crores and a yearly income of 100 crores, making his net worth a total of 1500 crores. Johar charges about 3 crores for each directorial job.
One of his most successful movies of all time ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hain‘ had a humongous box office collection of 1.07 billion rupees, while one of his least successful movies ‘Kalank‘ managed to bring in 143 crores.
