The much-awaited movie by fans “KGF Chapter 2” is going to release on 12 July 2021. The movie was scheduled to be released on 23rd October 2020 but got postponed due to worldwide pandemic. The film’s budget is 100 crore and thus making it one of the most expensive Kannada Movies. Movies director and writer is Prashanth Neel while being produced by Vijay Kiragandur Karthik Gowda.
The movies feature big actors like Yash, Sanjay Dutt, Srinidhi Shetty, Raveena Tandon. The movie will be released in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi simultaneously.
Yash will play the lead role and Sanjay Dutt will be the antagonist in the movie. Sanjay Dutt said in an interview that he was looking forward to this character, he said ” The character of Adheera in KGF is very powerful. If you have seen Avengers, you know how powerful Thanos is. Adheera is as powerful as him. In KGF’s first chapter, Adheera comes only in the end, but in the second chapter, he has a very strong presence and getup. This is the character I was looking for, and it has come to me“.
