On Saturday, the actress Payal Ghosh who made her debut with Rishi Kapoor and Paresh Rawal in the movie “ Patel ki Punjabi Shaadi” has tweeted and put allegations on the director Anurag Kashyap.
The actress wrote, about being forced by the Director sexually and also alleged about might getting harmed after writing this tweet.
The actress also claimed that the director boasted about his connection with Amitabh Bachchan and also claimed about other girls, women who he got intimate with.
After the tweet, a Telugu news channel released a video. And the actress claimed that the incident took place in the year 2014- 2015.
Kangana Ranaut has come out and supported the actress. She tweeted, “ Every voice matters #Metoo #arrestanuragkashyap.
However, on Sunday, Kashyap tweeted saying, “ Such a long time was taken to shut me up, never mind. But while shutting me up, you lied so much that you dragged other women into it. Please maintain some dignity madam. All I will say is that all your allegations are baseless.”
He even said that the video is proof that how much truth and false is it.
“While placing allegations against me you dragged my artistes and Bachhan family… madam, I have been married twice, if that’s the crime then I admit it. I also admit that I have loved a lot, whether it’s my first wife or second.”
“Any lover or all those female actors with whom I have worked with or the team with girls and women that have been working with me or all those women I have met in public or private. I neither behaved like this nor do I tolerate such behaviour at any cost. Rest we will see what happens.”
The actress said that she has asked for the protection to the commissioner of Mumbai.
After tweeting, NCW National Commission of Women, chairperson Rekha Sharma has asked Payal Ghosh to file a detailed complaint after she posts an allegation on the director Anurag Kashyap.
She even started a campaign on her social media accounts.
She posts a picture and asks her fans to post this picture as keeping your hands on the ears and created a hashtag as #actagainstabuse.
