Two loving sisters of Bollywood, Neha Sharma and Aisha Sharma did not give up their fitness this quarantine. They kept up with their working-out sessions, daily. Aisha mentioned in her Instagram caption the “Body recovery is a very important aspect of training.” We had seen Neha on the sets of “Tanhaji”, last which also starred Saif Ali Khan and Ajay Devgan.
The sibs never missed an opportunity to spread awareness and positivity. Neha never misses an opportunity of sharing their workout session pictures and videos with us. So, here we see the two sibs cycling along with their lovely furry friend amidst this quarantine. They have even seen planking together, with their dog accompanying them in a photo that was shared by Neha, early today. They were both seen cycling with their cute little dog in the front basket, on the streets of Bandra.
The caption said, “Everyone who thinks a minute goes by quickly has never tried planking…#Day4Quarantine#positivethoughtspls.” We will be seeing Neha, luckily in “Taish”, a Bejoy Nambiar’s movie. Seeing them practising what they preach gives us the motivation to take care of our health in this tough time.
