The actress was recently seen in Housefull 4 produced by Sajid Nadiawala along with Akshay Kumar and now she has been preparing for her next assignment again by Sajid Nadiawala Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, which is starred by Salman Khan. Pooja Hegde revealed that she is extremely excited to work with Salman Khan, keen to work and eagerly waiting for the shoot to start and lockdown to get finished. She said, “I am very excited about it. I mean, just waiting for it to start. Now i feel all the schedules are going to be a touch different but just super excited generally .”
Pooja Hegde won many hearts with her performance in the movie housefull 4 directed by Farhad Samjhi. Pooja Hegde is again ready and all set to win up the hearts by doing the most awaited film of Salman Khan Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali. It is reported that the film is the remake of Tamil hit Veeram, in which leading role is done by Ajith.
In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Pooja revealed about the film she said it’s a kind of love story. She said, “It was something that was within the pipeline for a few time. It wasn’t straight away ‘you’re on’ types! It was like, ‘haan, abhi baat chal raha hai uske bare mein, bataayenge, bataayenge.’ Finally, Nadid sir, who I even have worked with on Housefull 4, had shared that it was a love story. It was amazing because the girl had a good role in this film. It’s with Salman Khan and it’s a big movie.”
Revealing about the movie Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, the gorgeous Pooja Hegda shared, “It’s a romantic film. It’s going to be fun film and I can’t wait to start shooting it. Once I got to know that I was doing the movie, I got so excited but then, they gave me a brief narration of the film and even I was more excited after listening to that! I hope it does well. You can never tell which film is going to change your life your career but I am really grateful to have been given the opportunity to be a part of the film. When they gave me the brief narration, the first thing I said it’s very relevant in today’s time. It’s a movie that’s being rewritten a lot to make sense in today’s time. At the end of the day, the script is king. If you have a good script, it will do well just naturally. So they have really worked on that. It’s not a preachy thing. It’s going to be put across in a fun, entertaining way,” Pooja said.
The shoot of Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali is currently on a hold because of the Coronavirus outbreak. Pooja Hegde is a soul full of happiness who will soon work with Salman Khan in his most awaited film Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.
