Eid al-Fitr also called the “Festival of Breaking the Fast”, is a religious holiday celebrated by Muslims worldwide that marks the end of the month-long dawn-to-sunset fasting of Ramadan. This religious Eid is the only day in the month of Shawwal during which Muslims are not permitted to fast.
Many Bollywood celebrities like Shilpa Shetty, Kartik Aryan, Athiya Shetty, Sonam Kapoor, Neha Dhupia and so on took to their social media handles and wished Eid Mubarak to their fans and followers.
Shilpa Shetty posted an image of Eid Mubarak wish and captioned it as- “May this day bring peace, love, prosperity and happiness into our lives May the blessings we all receive today help us stand together, fight every visible & invisible hurdle/virus, and help us sail through these extremely difficult times. Eid Mubarak to you and your loved ones.”
Kartik Aryan posted a picture of himself and captioned it as- “Eid Mubarak”.
Athiya Shetty took to her story and shared an image and wrote ‘Eid Mubarak’.
Sonam Kapoor, on the other hand, posted a picture of her and captioned it as-“Eid Mubarak my brothers and sisters, may this year’s trials and tribulations become foundations of a better tomorrow. Thank you for praying for us this whole holy month of Ramazan. Have a blessed Eid.”
Neha Dhupia posted a photo of her along with her husband and captioned it as- “Eid Mubarak doston”.
