Shibani Dandekar is an Indo-Australian model, singer, anchor, VJ and actress. She rose to fame after hosting the Indian Premier League (IPL) from 2011 to 2015. Shibani Dandekar was born on 27 August 1980 in Pune, Maharashtra, India. She started her career as a television anchor in 2010 as a host on the American television show “AXN’s Men 2.0“
Her first debut film is ‘Timepass‘ in 2014. She has also appeared in several films like Noor, Shabd, Sultan, Naam Shabana, Roy, etc. She was born to Indian parents and spent most of her childhood in London, Africa and later Kingsgrove, New South Wales, Sydney, Spent in a suburb of Australia. Growing up, he had a special interest in music and sports. She founded a music band called D-Major along with her sisters. After completing her studies, she moved to New York, where she did modelling and hosting. Her life took a turn when she got an opportunity to host an event called Ek Shaam with Shah Rukh Khan in Atlantic City, which gave her the success she was looking for.
She spent most of her childhood and her early life in London, Australia, and Africa, where she did her schooling and college education. After graduating from college, she began working as a host in a local American television network.
