Fans are eagerly waiting for Ranveer Singh’s film 83. Ranveer Singh is going to be seen in the role of Kapil Dev in this film. Ranveer Singh has worked hard to get into the character of Kapil Dev. Ranveer lost seven kilos for 83. Now his fitness trainer Rajiv Mehra has shared the secret of Ranveer’s weight loss.
In a conversation with Zoom Digital, Rajeev Mehra has told that Ranveer is a very disciplined actor. He has already taken training six months before the shooting starts. He wanted to look like fast bowler Kapil Dev. Earlier he had gained weight for Simmba.
Rajeev Mehra while describing Ranveer’s workout routine says- ‘Our goal was to mould his body into an athlete’s body. Ranveer used to warm up from 7.30 am. However, his training session with the team of 83 used to start from 8 o’clock. He used to train for two hours.
Rajeev Mehra told that apart from cricket, swimming and bowling were also involved in his exercise. He used to work out six days a week. Apart from this, to make the body athletic, he used to resort to cardio daily.
Describing Ranveer Singh’s diet, Rajeev Mehra said that his nutritionist checks are daily how many calories he is consuming. If Ranveer did some new exercise, then there was a similar change in his diet.
