Bollywood rising star Sushant Singh Rajput committed suicide by hanging at his residence in Bandra, Mumbai. A team of Mumbai Police has reached his residence to investigate the matter. He was said to be under stress for almost some months.
The 34 year Rajput who has seen doing a lot of good movies, started his initial days doing a romantic drama kis desh mein hai Mera di (2008) which used to aired in star plus, followed by an award-winning performance in zee TV’s popular soap opera pavitra rishta (2009–11) and then he never looked back.
After the show, he debuted in Bollywood in 2013 with ‘Kai Po Che!’ and later followed it up with films like ‘PK’, ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’, which did very well in the box office and was one of the best movies of his career and ‘Kedarnath’, ‘Sonchiriya’ and ‘Chhichhore’ among others. He was next to be seen in ‘Dil Bechara’.
Just a couple of days ago, the actor had shown grieve on the death of his prior manager Disha Salian. She had reportedly committed suicide by jumping off the 14th floor of a building in Mumbai’s Malad.
Sushant wrote on his Instagram stories, “It’s such devastating news. My deepest condolences to Disha’s family and friends. May your soul rest in peace.”
A boy from a small city had received a lot of love from his audience. He was a very talented and multitasked person. He pursued engineering and meanwhile, also joined Shiamak Davar’s dance academy after which he started attending Barry John’s drama school.
Sushant eventually dropped out of college to pursue his acting career.
Sushant used to be very private about his personal life and the last post done by Sushant in his Instagram handle was on his mother. He wrote a very emotional letter for her mother “blurred past evaporating from teardrops unending dreams carving an arc of a smile and fleeting life, negotiating between the two”.
According to the recent news Sushant is now taken to the hospital for the postmortem procedure where a lot of his fans has gathered to see him the last time.
