Rowdy Rocky is an upcoming Tamil action drama movie written by Rajendra Bharadwaj and Veeru Thakur and directed by Ramana Mogili. The screenplay is written by Rajendra Bharadwaja and the dialogues are written by Veeru Thakur.
The movie revolves around Rocky who has just been released from prison after 17 years and is in search of his sister Amudha. His mother has been killed and he doubts Manimaaran has something to do with his missing sister. The audience has to see the movie to find out whether he finds his missing sister, the difficulties and problems that life has in store for Rocky and his violent past that haunts him for the rest of his life.
The producer of this movie is Ajay Kumar Gautam, Suraj Singh and CR Manoj Kumar under RA Studios and BLive productions. The lead roles in the movie are played by Vasanth Ravi and Bharathirajaa while Mani Bhattacharya, Sanjay Mahanand, Pradeep Pandey, Rajkumar R. Pandey, Sayaji Sindhe, Raveena Ravi, Rohini, Rishikanth and Pavani play supporting roles. The music of this movie is composed by Rajkumar R. Pandey and Darbuka Siva while the cinematography is done by Shreyaas Krishna. The movie is edited by Nagooran Ramachandran. Rowdy Rocky is scheduled to be released on 27th September and distributed by Rowdy Pictures.
