For the last few days, Instagram is flowing with Black and white pictures of women. They are posting their pictures in the monochrome effect because it’s a new challenge that has been introduced on Instagram called Black and White challenge with a hashtag.

The main reason for the B&W challenge is genocide in Turkey. The challenge was started for women in Turkey where violence against women is the biggest issues. So all the celebrities took their Instagram page and posting their Black and White photos and nominating other women with hashtag challenge accepted.
