As the whole nation is under lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic, actress Rakul Preet is keeping herself healthy and fit. She has been eating healthy and works out daily to stay fit. She also shares glimpses of her workout and urges her fans to stay home, stay safe and eat healthily.
Recently, Rakul Preet took to Instagram to share a post in which she reveals that the lockdown has pushed her to do 108 Surya Namaskars 2-3 times in a week and says that the feeling after the workout is indescribable. With the video she wrote, “This lockdown has pushed me to do 108 Surya namaskars at least 2-3 times a week and The feeling post-practice is indescribable ❤️❤️ #sunsalutation helps you build inner and outer strength, create mind-body balance and churns every organ of your body to release toxins 🧘♀️🧘♀️” she also tagged her yoga trainer Anushka in the post and thanked her for making her capable of achieving the goal. Rakul Preet’s yoga and fitness routine have put her fans to an aw because she’s is very punctual with her diet and routine. She keeps on posting her workout videos and urges her fans to stay fit indoors.
The actress has also enrolled for an online course in Business Management and is picking up new skills during the lockdown. She says, “I believe in living in the present. All of us thought of doing a lot of things in 2020, but here we are, sitting at home. Even down South, I have worked for 350-360 days in a year. This is the longest break I’ve ever had, and I am just waiting to spring back to my normal routine,” the actress has a long list of movies to do after the lockdown. However, the most interesting film in her kitty is a sequel to ‘De De Pyaar De’. Producer Bhushan Kumar had confirmed that a sequel to the 2019 rom-com is on the cards. “I used to message Akiv sir (director, Ali), asking when we would do a sequel. I got to know from the news, too, and I am already looking forward to working with the same team again,” she added.
