Recently, this has been proved by Tea seller’s Daughter Anchal Gangwal (24-year-old) who tops at IAF Academy, gets president plaque and joins the Indian Air force as Flying officer. Words are falling short to praise Anchal’s determination because what she has done some could only dream off.
Her father, Suresh Gangwal, was a proud man while watching his daughter on TV receiving president plaque at the combined graduation parade held at the Air force Academy in Hyderabad. He owns a small tea stall at Neemuch district of Madhya Pradesh.
She was awarded the Plaque alongside 123 flight cadets who were commissioned as an officer of Indian Air force (IAF).
Anchal Gangwal belongs to a very humble background and graduated from Government College in computer science. Soon after, she joined Madhya Pradesh Police department as Sub-Inspector.
Later, she quit the job after being into merit as labour Inspector and worked there for eight months before joining the Air Force. She started preparing for AFCAT after graduating and got recommended in SSB in her Sixth attempt.
