Siddharth Roy Kapur is the President of the Film and Television Producers Guild of India Limited. He has also been the Managing Director of Disney India. In the year 2017, he left Disney and started his own production house company ‘Roy Kapoor Films‘. Since then he has been making steady progress.
Siddharth Roy Kapur was born on 2nd August 1974 in Mumbai. He did his early studies with G.D. Somani Memorial School. During this time he was the head boy of the school. Siddharth did his graduation from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics. After that, he completed his MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.
Siddharth belongs to a film family. His mother Salomi Roy is a former Miss India. She was also a dancer and stage choreographer. Siddharth’s two brothers Aditya Roy Kapur and Kunal Roy Kapur are active in Bollywood as actors.
